| Abstract: | Through analyzing the development status of the ports and harbors in the Shandong peninsular as well as their coopetitive environment and based on existing studies on port coopetition,the paper proposes the two concepts-crisscrossing coopetition and coopetitive equilibrium and constructs the crisscrossing coopetition system for the ports on the Shandong peninsular. |
