基于协同理论的物流金融创新研究

从物流金融业务中借款企业、物流企业与银行三方的协同发展出发,运用协同理论,提炼出"物流效率"与"金融绩效"序参量,并给出了序参量系统有序度测算公式,分析了协同行为的产生与协同效应的涌现。根据协同学分析,提出了管理建议以辅助企业与银行的决策制定。

A Synergetic Study on Logistics Finance Innovation

With the collaborative development of the debtor enterprises,logistics providers and banks in logistics financing businesses as the point of departure and using the synergetics theory,the paper develops the order parameters respectively named logistics efficiency and financial performance,presents the formula for calculating the orderliness of the parameters and analyzes the ocurrence of the collaborative behaviors and the emergence of the synergetic effect.According to the analysis,it proposes several suggestions to assist policy-making of the enterprises and banks.
