| 摘 要： | 从我国物流业的发展入手，指出现代物流人才是物流业发展的关键因素，分析了社会对现代物流人才的需求领域和需求层次，并针对物流人才紧缺的现状列举了三条创新培养物流人才的模式，论证了培养实用型、复合型、创新型的现代物流人才是我国物流业发展最需要的动力军。
