| 摘 要： | 从提前期与预测精度关系的角度,建立了提前期与供应链收益的关系模型,分析提前期压缩对供应链竞争优势的影响。通过逻辑论证和数值分析表明:在预测精度随提前期变化的条件下,提前期压缩,可以增加供应链收益,提升供应链竞争力;提前期的压缩量越大,供应链越具有竞争力。
