| 摘 要： | 从成员关系的角度。探讨了供应链网络组织成员关系的内涵、特征、本质．以及关系的目标和结果等五个方面的核心特征，指出了供应链网络组织成员关系，其内涵是企业及社会组织之间的一种制度安排。关系的特征是成员之间的复杂联结，关系的本质是竞争与合作并存，关系的目标是通过合作创造价值，关系的结果是竞争分配利益。因此。如何分配利益是供应链网络组织成员关心的，也是其得以生存与发展所需解决的核心问题。
