应用Fluent软件模拟布风装置中的气流分布

摘    要:采用Fluent软件对增设布风板前后的气流分布进行模拟,研究结果表明,增加合适孔径的布风板后,气流分布的均匀性得到明显提高,从而提高气体的处理效率。并对布风板的孔径最佳值、圆孔分布形式、孔径与整体布风装置尺寸的关系以及孔径和布风装置进口之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,应用Fluent软件进行布风板气流分布的数值模拟,能够准确地反映上述各种参数条件下布风板气流的实际流动规律。Fluent软件对空气管路布风装置的设计与应用具有重要的参考价值。

The Simulation of Airflow Distribution in the Distributor by Fluent Software

Abstract:The airflow distribution with or without distributor was simulated separately by Fluent software. It was found that the uniformity of airflow distribution with a distributor was much better than that without a distributor. In addition, this paper researched the best diameter of the hole, the distribution form of the hole, the relationship between the diameter and the size of the pipeline, as well as the relationship between the diameter and the size of inlet. The experimental results showed that the simulation of airflow distribution in the distributor can reflect factually on the reality. On the whole, the application of Fluent - software took on the important significance in designing and employing the airflow distribution.
