| 摘 要： | 不动产估价企业诚信等级评价指标体系及评价研究，对于认识估价公司诚信状况，遏制不动产估价失信现象的发生，加强不动产估价市场诚信建设有着重要作用。文章依据诚信等级评价的基本理论，以江苏省某估价公司为例，在广泛调研的基础上，探讨不动产估价企业诚信等级综合评价指标的内涵、评价指标体系的内容和评价方法，并提出不动产估价协会应负责开展不动产估价企业诚信等级评定工作的观点。

| Abstract: | The study on evaluation index system of the honesty grade for appraisal enterprise of real estate plays an important role for understanding honesty condition of appraisal enterprise, astricting various break promise phenomenon, and strengthening credibility construction of appraisal market of real estate. Based on basic theory of honesty grade evaluation, the paper takes a company in Jiangsu as a case. The paper put forward evaluation index system and evaluation method of the honesty grade. At last the paper suggest that professional association of real estate appraisal is responsibility to evaluate the honesty grade for appraisal enterprise of real estate. |
