| 摘 要： | 创新能力与创新人才的培养，教育是关键。如何进行创新教育及培养高素质人才，是学校教育亟待解决的问题。文章从创新教育的理念入手，分析了当前创新教育亟待解决的几个问题，并提出了培养高素质创新人才的几种新途径。
