融资难是当前影响和制约我国中小企业发展壮大的一大障碍。文章阐述了我国中小企业融资存在的主要问题,剖析了中小企业融资难的原因,在此基础上,借鉴国外发达国家中小企业融资的成熟经验与措施,提出解决我国中小企业融资难问题的对策建议。

Financing Experience of Foreign Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the Enlightenment to our Country

Financing difficulty is the one big obstacle that affects and restricts the development of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises.This article elaborates financing problems in our country s small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes the causes of difficulties in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on it,through drawing and absorbing the mature experiences and measures of the medium-sized and small enterprises’ financing of foreign developed countries,this article also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
