| 摘 要： | 区域经济发展必将带来对人才的巨大需求,广西高等教育应该以区域发展的需求为导向。文章通过预测泛北部湾经济开发背景下广西经济发展所需的人才数量及特点,指出广西目前存在人才队伍与经济发展不匹配的矛盾,并提出建议：广西的高等教育应该转变教育观念,同步推进素质教育和人才差异化培养;应该以区域经济发展为导向加大专业调整力度,培养高技能人才;应该探索交叉学科、跨学科培养复合型人才;应该调整人才培养目标,培养应用型人才;应该加强国际合作,培养区域性人才。

| Abstract: | The regional economic development will bring huge demand for talents.The higher education in Guangxi should be base on the demands in regional development.The article predicts the number and characteristics of personnel needed in Guangxi Economic development in the context of PBG economic development,and shows the imbalance between the current talent pool and economic development in Guangxi.Finally,it suggests that education in Guangxi should change the concept of higher education system,and promote education for all-around development and talent cultivation disparity training.In addition,we should increase the adjustment of profession based on the regional economic development,cultivate highly skilled personnel and explore cross-disciplinary,interdisciplinary cultivating talent.Meanwhile,we should adjust the target of talents and cultivate applied talents,also strengthen the international cooperation and train the regional talents. |
