企业质量振兴的差距与对策

自国务院《质量振兴纲要（1996年—2010年）》颁布实施以来,南宁市企业质量振兴工作虽然取得明显成效,全市产品质量总体水平稳步提高,但由于企业重视不够、人才相对匮乏、发展基础不牢、质量文化薄弱等原因,使企业质量发展受阻。因此,广大企业必须进一步提高质量意识,落实主体责任,弘扬企业文化,强化人才培养,夯实技术基础,提升发展水平,打造精品名牌,讲究诚信守法,争取齐抓共管,充分发挥企业在质量兴桂战略中的主体作用,全面提升企业产品质量水平,为广西首府南宁加快建设成为区域性国际城市和＂首善之区＂营造安全放心的消费环境。文章主要分析了我国企业产品质量发展的现状和存在问题,并提出了企业质量振兴的对策。

The Gap of Corporate Quality Invigoration and the Countermeasures

Since Quality Invigoration Programm（1996—2010） issued by the State Council was carried out,enterprise＇s work on quality invigoration in Nanning has achieved many results.The whole city＇s product quality is improved generally and steadily,while the development of corporate quality is curbed,because enterprises pay less attention to it and they are lack of talents,whose foundation and quality culture are weak.In this case,many enterprises must further improve the consciousness about the improvement of quality,put the duty of subjects into effect,promote corporate culture,strengthen talent cultivation,intensify technical foundation,promote development,build brands with competitive edges,stress credibility and integrity,follow the rules and law,work hard to account and manage it in unison,give full play to the leading role of the enterprise in the strategy that rejuvenates Guangxi by quality,improve the corporate products quality overall,and provide a sale consumption environment for Nanning,as the capital of Guangxi,which can be built into the international city and＂Best District＂.The article analyzes the status quo and problems of the product quality development of Nanning enterprises and proposes countermeasures for improving the enterprises＇ quality.
