| 摘 要： | 强化建设项目质量管理对促进建设企业发展具有重要意义。文章阐述了建筑企业应从质量计划的编制实施、质量保证、质量控制3个方面加强对建筑施工项目全过程的质量监控,并提出建筑施工项目质量控制的具体措施。
