摘 要: | 柔性管理是在研究人的心理和行为规律的基础上,采用非强制性方式在员工心目中产生一种潜在说服力,从而把企业意志变为个人的自觉行动。装备制造企业引进柔性管理,就必须实施以人为中心的人性化管理,建立柔性的组织结构,并采用柔性的激励措施,进行绩效考核。

Abstract: | Flexible management is based on researchers' psychological and behavior rules, uses a non-coercive management, which will set up a potential convincing among staff, so that enterprises will become the conscious action of individuals. In order to introduce flexible management, equipment manufacture industry has to carry on people-oriented humanistic management, build flexible management organizations, adopt inspiriting measures, and check the performance. |
