谈创新型大学的教学与管理

创新型大学既是研究型大学的必然延伸和发展，又是一种建立在创新基础上的大学组织形式。创新型大学有3个重要指标：一是源源不断地培养在世界范围内有竞争力的学生；二是在产学研推动国家建设方面发挥重要作用，有若干需求牵引的创新中心；三是有一个创新的机制和体制。文章围绕这三方面内容具体论述了创新型大学的教学与管理定位和发展方向，最后对我国第三军医大学建设创新型大学提出了一些细节方面的建议。

On Teaching and Management of Innovation-oriented University

As an unavoidable extension and development trend of research-oriented universities, an innovation-oriented university is a different organizing form based on new foundations. It has three different indicators： first, continuously educating students who are competitive in the international arena; second, playing an instrumental part in national construction, establishing several demand-driven innovation centers; third, building up an innovation mechanism. With these three aspects considered, the article expounds on the teaching and management of this kind of university and detailed proposals for the building of it in the third military medical university.
