摘 要: | 在发动机装配及汽车零部件装配上螺栓紧固是最重要、最典型的一种连接方式。螺栓的紧固质量主要通过扭矩来确保,文章从人、机、料、法、环5个方面介绍了影响扭矩的因素,并说明如何使用QCOS工具对扭矩进行监控,以及提出了有效的扭矩过程控制方法。

Abstract: | Bolton is the most important and typical linking method in engine and parts assembling. The tightening quality of the bolton is assured by the torque, The article introduces five elements that influence the torque: people, machine, mate- rial, law and links, it also interprets how to use QCOS to conduct quality supervision and the best way to control the overall torque procedure. |
