| 摘 要： | 电子警察系统的应用有助于提高机动车驾驶员的自觉性，增强安全意识，保证道路畅通。文章介绍了电子警察系统的构成和功能，分析了应用视频图像特征检测技术和进行车辆信息检测时应注意的几个主要问题，同时提出了提高车辆信息采集精度的相关方法，对电子警察系统的应用有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The applications of E-police system is conducive to enhancing self- awareness of drivers and making a safer and smoother road. Briefing on the constitution and function of the system, the article discusses major issues in applying the system of video-based assessment and vehicle information identification. With the instructive role for the applications of the system, it proposes some relevant methods of precision enhancement of vehicle information. |
