北部湾电子信息产业科技创新服务平台建设的实践与探讨

2009年，北海电子信息产业率先成为北海达100亿元规模的优势产业，行业产值约占广西的50％。作为北部湾电子信息产业科技创新服务平台骨干组成部分的北部湾（北海）电子信息产业孵化器、北部湾电子信息产品测试中心、工信部一微软嵌入式技术北海联合实验室等，有的已建成投入使用，有的正紧锣密鼓筹建。文章针对这些骨干单元的建设实践，探讨北部湾电子信息产业科技创新服务平台的目标与任务、模式与机制、成效与问题、建议与对策。

In 2009, Beihai eleetronie information industry, took the lead in becoming a competitive industry, with assets worth tens of billions Yuan, accounting for about 50% of the total industrial output value in Guangxi. Beibu Bay （Beihai） electronic information industry incubator, Beibu Bay electronic information product test center, Beihai co-lab of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology-Mocrosoft embedded technology serve as the key parts of scientific and technological innovation service platform of Beibu Bay electronic information industry, among whieh, some have been put into use and some are under construction iu full swing. The article talks about the target and tast, mode and mechanism, efficiency and problems, suggestion and countermeasures of this platform in line with the construction practice of these key parts.
