| Abstract: | GSM is endowed with abundant waterpower resources which are exploited lowly. Eevery country in ＂GMS＂ develops its economy unbalantly ,and it is short of funds and technologies, thus the cooperation of waterpower exploitation can reduce the unbalances of their eletrical demands. The paper analyzes the situation of waterpower resources and the degree of exploitation. Then it concludes and analyzes those external lectors on the electrical cooperation and the waterpower exploitation between ＂GMS＂ and China. And it prospects the electrical cooperation between GSM and China. |
