| Abstract: | The article provides a new system for PSO algorithm, which makes it jump out the local optimum location at the greater probability, as it falls into the local optimum. In this case, this system can help PSO algorithm enter the other zones of solution space for keeping searching, which can improve the overall search capability of PSO algorithm greatly. |
