| 摘 要： | 当前我国研究生创新能力培养的现状亟待改进。借鉴和吸取发达国家高校的成功经验,我国的研究生教育可以建立激励、淘汰并举机制和多元化评价机制,采用多样化培养模式,同时还要改进教学内容和教学方法,并加强导师队伍建设和学生自我提高的意识。

| Abstract: | The postgraduates' creativity is to be improved.Learning from the successful experience of the developed countries,the graduate student education in our country needs to establish the incentive-elimination mechanism and multiple evaluation system,employ plural modes of education,improve the teaching content and methods,and strengthen the tutor team and the students' self-awareness. |
