摘 要: | 经理人职业化是一种社会结构,也是经理人职业群体得以发展的制度保证。文章首先运用比较制度分析的方法,分析了美国铁路职业经理人的产生和山西票号中东掌关系建立的基础,提出经理人职业化的本质是要在契约各方达成有利于分工的“共有信念”。然后文章阐述了以现代测量和评价技术为核心的经理人任职资格评价和认证的发展与研究。最后,文章根据我国经理人职业化的现状和特征提出了推进我国企业经理人职业化进程的若干建议。

Abstract: | Professionalization of managers is to facili- tate the development of social structure and manag- ers.First,this paper uses methodology of compara- tive institutional analysis to study origin of profes- sional managers in American railway industry and ba- sis of relationship between stockholders and shop- keepers in Shanxi private banks in China.The study shows to achieve mutual faith facilitating division a- mong partners is the essence of professionalization of managers;then,we articulate the development and research of evaluation and certification of managers' qualification,the center of which is modern measur- ing and appraising technology.Last,based on current situation and characteristics of professionalization of Chinese managers,the paper suggests on how to ac- celerate the process of Chinese managers' professional- ization. |
