| 摘 要： | 为了丰富程监控技术在教育教学的实践应用，结合高校教学的需求，基于Java＋Socket＋多线程技术，设计实现了一套网络教学屏幕监控系统，为师生构建数字化的学习环境提供了可能，从而实现有效的教学，提高了教学的质量。
