| 摘 要： | 新型工业化既是为了提高科技含量和经济效益、降低资源消耗和环境污染、充分发挥人力资源的作用,也是为了缓和有效需求不足的矛盾和人民币升值的压力.用高新技术和先进适应技术改造传统产业,坚持自主创新和技术引进是实现新型工业化的重要途径.在这个过程中,政府作为在培育有利于新型工业化的市场体系和市场机制上发挥着重要作用.

| Abstract: | New - type Industrialization is to increase the scientific and technological content and cost - effectiveness, reduce the consumption of resources and environmental pollution, give full play to the role of human resources, but also to ease the shortage of effective demand contradictions and the pressure on renminbi appreciation. With high technology and advanced adaptive technologies to transform traditional industries, adhere to independent innovation and technology to achieve new industrialization is an important way.
