| Abstract: | This paper points out several misunderstanding about the conception and attributes of strategic industries after analyzing the existing theories.And it redefines the regional strategic industries based on the essence of strategy and the radical objects of optimization of regional industry structure rather than selecting strategic industries as leading industries,emerging industries or pillar industries. |
