| 摘 要： | 目前，中小民营企业由于种种原因技术创新动力不足，创新能力弱小。技术创新正成为中小民营企业面临的新问题。但消化、吸收、再创新仍是企业创新的主要取向，产学研合作是企业技术创新的主要途径，原始创新，独立自主创新不可能在短时期内成为主流，因此消化吸收、产学研结合乃是根本出路。
