人口爆炸、资源短缺与环境污染是全球性问题.对尚处于经济社会转型期且拥有十三亿人口的中国而言,更是经济发展中的关键难题.十七大报告在强调科学发展观以人为本的核心理念的同时,创造性地提出转变经济发展方式、破解发展难题、建设生态文明,发人深省且指明解题方向.有鉴于此,探索建构人口、资源与环境和谐共生的科学发展经济学分析框架,首先是其理论硬核如人类中心论之"祛魅"、和谐共生、市场自律人、适度需求、可持续适度规模等,其次是其方法创新如总量分析新视域、制度分析新视域、复杂性演化分析等,不仅十分必要和紧迫,而且极具现实可能.

A Brief Exploration on the Analyzing Framework of Scientific Development Economics with the Harmonic Intergrowth of Population,Resource and Environment

The explosion of Population, the shortage of resource and the pollution of environment are issues con cerning the world. As for China, who still stays in the period of acute social turning and holds 1.3billion people , these issues are much more serious in the development of economy. The report of the 17th Chinese Communist Party congress emphasized the human--centred concept as the kernel of the Scientific Outlook on Development, meanwhile , it also creatively came up with the ideas such as changing the pattern of economic growth, resolving the crux of de velopment and constructing the civilization of ecology. All these are thought--provoking and have a clear direction. In view of this it is not only necessary and imperative but also likely to carry out in exploring the ways to structure the analyzing framework of scientific development economics with the harmonic intergrowth of population, resource and environment, firstly the theoretical hard core such as the disenchantment of the anthology--centred thoughts, harmonic intergrowth, maeket--aotonomy person, moderate needs, sustainable fairly large--scale and so on , and secondly the method innovations ,such as the new views of macroanalysis, the new views of institutional analysis, the complex evolutionary analysis and so on.
