| 摘 要： | 通过对技术标准战略和动态能力的阐述和技术标准联盟对提升高技术企业动态能力的分析表明，高技术企业通过参与技术标准联盟可以从减少企业内部路径依赖负作用、创造顺轨创新效应、提供较完善的学习渠道和发挥网络结构洞优势四方面帮助企业提升动态能力。
