| 摘 要： | 我国资本市场正处于高速发展时期，其发展的不断深化已经对我国商业银行产生了较大的影响，讨论商业银行的发展空间问题已迫在眉睫。深入讨论我国资本市场发展对商业银行业务产生冲击的原因，并从新的角度分析资本市场发展带给商业银行的机遇，有助于我国商业银行经营战略的调整。

| Abstract: | At present, Chinese capital market is developing at a high speed, which has affected the commercial banks to some extent. It is high time for us to research on the future of commercial banks. This paper analyses the reasons that commercial banks are impacted by the development of capital market as well as the opportunities brought by it. It will be helpful for Chinese Commercial banks to adjust management strategic. |
