| 摘 要： | 产权的实质是收入分配权,产权安排不仅影响经济效率,更决定收入分配平等;收入分配问题本质上是产权安排的问题.在财产权利从自由竞争到现代市场经济体制的演进过程中,"公共财产权利"的扩张是收入分配平等改善的决定性因素.以"公共财产权利"为基础促进社会公有制发展,才能在社会主义市场经济条件下实现公有制平等功能,改善收入分配平等.

| Abstract: | The property rights are the rights of income distribution.These rights not only effect on efficiency,but also decide the equality;the problem of income inequality is the matter of property rights.The enlarging pubic-property-rights evolving from the pure competition to the modern market economy improve the income equality.To bring forth the new ideas of social-public-ownership basing the pubic-property-rights,the function of the public ownership to ensure the equality may accomplish. |
