| 摘 要： | 创业是一个受到学术界密切关注的研究领域，众多学者运用经济学与管理学理论对创业进行了积极的探索与研究，提供了丰富的研究视角和理论解释。本文分别从宏观和微观两个层面回顾和梳理了创业理论的研究成果，并在此基础上展望了创业研究的未来方向。
