| 摘 要： | 产业活动与环境的冲突成为现代产业经济学研究的一个新课题。产业生态作为产业经济学研究的一个重要组成部分，既为解决资源与环境问题提供了破解，也丰富了产业经济学理论体系，是对产业经济学的创新性研究。论文将产业生态作为产业经济学研究的第四个研究领域，与产业组织、产业结构、产业区域有机结合起来，构建了产业经济学理论框架，对产业生态理论与实践进行了探索。
