中国城乡结合部的问题及对策:以利益关系为视角

城乡结合部是城市化、现代化的前沿地带,各种社会问题和矛盾最集中,能否合理解决这些矛盾关系到我国城市化的进程,关系到我国能否实现城乡可持续发展。文章阐释了城乡结合部的定义和主要特征,并以城乡结合部不同的利益主体之间的利益关系为主线来分析城乡结合部存在的主要矛盾和冲突,提出政府有责任对引起冲突的利益关系进行调整,并针对不同的利益主体提出了具体的对策建议。

Urban Fringe Problems and Countermeasures in China:From the Perspective of Interest Relationships

Urban fringes are the frontier regions in the course of urbanization and modernization,and therefore,various social problems and contradictions are concentrated in urban fringes.Whether or not these contradictions can be equitably resolved will determine the course of urbanization as well as the ability to achieve urban and rural sustainable development in our country.This paper explains the definition and main features of urban fringes,analyzes the main contradictions and conflicts in urban fringes from the perspective of interest relationships between different interest subjects,considers that the government is responsible for adjusting interest relationships which cause conflict,and offers specific countermeasures and proposals according to different interest subjects.
