| 摘 要： | 在界定高校科研团队创造力内涵的基础上,分析了高校科研团队创造力的评价维度,从创造主体、创造过程、创造成果和创造环境4个维度构建了高校科研团队创造力评价指标体系,并运用可拓学的物元方法建立了多级可拓评价模型。最后运用实例说明了高校科研团队创造力的可拓评价过程。结果表明,利用可拓评价法能得出待评高校科研团队创造力的综合水平,评价结果能反映待评高校在科研团队创造力的不同维度上的竞争优势和差距。

| Abstract: | On the basis of defining the creativity of scientific research team in university,this paper analyzes the assessment dimension of the creativity of scientific research team in university,and builds the evaluation index system from four dimensions,namely creation body,creation process,creation achievement and creation environment.Then it uses the matter element method to construct a multi-level extension evaluation model.Finally,it demonstrates the extension assessment process of the creativity of scientific research team in university by using an example.The results show that the evaluation result based on the extension assessment could take on the comprehensive level of creativity of the given object,and the competitive advantage and the difference in different dimensions. |
