| 摘 要： | 旨在揭示契约治理和关系治理对重大建设项目技术创新绩效的影响机制。通过文献调研和问卷调查,建立了项目治理影响建设项目技术创新绩效的贝叶斯网络模型;通过分析样本数据得到各要素的条件概率分布;运用贝叶斯网络模型求解各要素对项目技术创新绩效的敏感性。研究结果表明:在重大建设项目的实施过程中,根据项目的创新程度和复杂程度选择适当的项目治理组合,能够有效改善项目的技术创新绩效。

| Abstract: | Through the relevant literature review and the questionnaire survey,this paper constructs an Bayes network model considering the effect mechanism of project＇s stakeholder governance on project performance.Through analyzing the sample data,it obtains the conditional probability densities of the nodes,and solves the sensitivity of main factors to technological innovation performance by using Bayes network model.Empirical results show that,selecting the combination of relationship governance with contract governance correctly according to the level of complexity and inventiveness of project,could improve the technological innovation performance of major construction project effectively. |
