对企业创新网络的研究中,较多的研究都得到其对企业创新绩效有显著积极影响的结论,对企业而言,更为重要的问题是如何主动影响和利用其创新网络,提高创新绩效,本文引入企业网络能力的概念,从企业层面,提出构建企业创新网络分析框架,最后,从企业资源要素和组织间学习两个维度,探讨企业网络能力的形成机制。

The Research of Firm's Innovation Network Based on the Network Competence

Many researches proved that the firm's innovation network has an positive impact on the firm's innovation success. So, for firms, how to actively construct and use the innovation network must be considered. We use the notion of network competence, proposed the framework analysis of constructing innovation network, and discused the formation mechanism of network competence from the two dimensions-firm's internal resources and organizational learning.
