| 摘 要： | 针对高层领导对企业信息系统实施的支持要素及其影响因素,在现有研究的基础上重新界定了高层领导对信息系统实施支持内容的三维结构;进一步从制度同构理论的视角讨论了外部强制性压力、模仿性压力和规范性压力对高层领导支持形成的影响。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the elements and the influencing factors of senior leadership's supporting to the implementation of enterprise information system,this paper redefines three key dimensions of senior leadership's supporting to the implementation of enterprise information system.Then it discusses the impact of external coercive,mimetic and normative pressure on senior leadership's supporting. |
