| 摘 要： | 本文试图构建一个能够恰当反映和评价中国企业公司治理水平的CGI公司治理指标体系及企业价值计量模型,并运用回归分析,检验了中国企业的公司治理和公司价值的相关性。检验结果表明公司治理水平与企业价值、公司绩效存在显著相关性。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to build up the corporate governance index and the measurement model of corporate value to reflect and evaluate China's corporate governance level.Then it tests the correlation between China's corporate governance and corporate value through the regression analysis.The results show that corporate governance level and corporate value as well as corporate performance have significant correlation. |
