知识溢出对中国本土高新技术企业创新绩效的影响——基于国际创新型人才流动的视角

从国际创新型人才流动的视角,利用2007—2010年中国2100家高新技术企业的面板数据,研究知识溢出对我国本土高新技术企业创新绩效的影响。研究表明:知识溢出和企业员工平均R&D投入共同决定中国高新技术企业的创新绩效;国际创新型人才流动具有显著的知识溢出效应,并通过海归人才流动和跨国企业人才流动两种途径对中国本土高新技术企业的创新绩效产生相互加强的效应;产业FDI强度与产业内本土企业的创新绩效负相关。

Influence of Knowledge Spillover on Innovation Performance of Local High-tech Enterprises in China:Based on Perspective of International Innovative Talent Mobility

This paper uses the panel data about 2100 China's local high-tech enterprises during 2007-2010 to study the impact of knowledge spillover on enterprise's innovation performance from the perspective of international innovative talent mobility.The results show as follows:knowledge spillover and average R&D investment of enterprise's staff determine jointly the innovation performance of China's local high-tech enterprises;international innovative talent mobility has a significant knowledge spillover effect,and has two mutually reinforcing effects on the innovation performance of local enterprises through returnee mobility and multinational enterprise talent mobility;the intensity of foreign direct investment in each industry has a negative correlation with local enterprise's innovation performance.
