家族企业职业化管理的影响因素

从家族企业职业化的嵌入性和有效性两个层面探索了我国家族企业所处的生命周期、企业主的集权情结、家族成员的数量和质量、职业经理人的激励机制、企业主对职业经理人市场的信心、家族企业的内部治理机制等各种内在因素对家族企业职业化管理水平的影响;构建了理论模型,并以福建省的家族企业为研究样本进行实证研究。研究结果表明,企业所处发展阶段、企业内家族成员的数量和质量、职业化管理认知水平对家族企业的职业化进程的影响更为显著。

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Professional Management in Family Business

This paper explores the effects of the following internal factors on the level of professional management in family business：the life cycle,the centralization complex of owner,the quantity and quality of family members,the incentive mechanism for professional executive,the owner＇s confidence in professional executive market and the internal management system in family business.And it constructs a theoretical model to study empirically the influencing fators of professional management in family business.The results show that the development stage of enterprise,the quantity and quality of family members in enterprise and the cognitive level of professional management have significant effects on the process of professionalization of family business.
