| 摘 要： | 考察了联盟网络企业中创新资源的维度,分析了不同创新资源与创新绩效间的关系以及影响路径;在对330家联盟网络企业的创新资源状况进行问卷调查的基础上,运用有效调查数据验证了联盟网络企业创新资源与创新绩效之间的关系。实证结果表明,企业有形创新资源和无形创新资源与创新绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the dimension of innovation resource of enterprise in alliance network,and analyzes the relationship between innovation resource and innovation performance.And through the questionnaire investigation for the state of innovation resources of 330 enterprises in alliance network,it uses the effective data to test the relationship between innovation resource and innovation performance of enterprise in alliance network.The empirical results indicate that there exists positive corelation between relational dimension of innovation resource and innovation performance. |
