| 摘 要： | 在不考虑发电量变化和考虑发电量变化两种情形下,分别研究了调峰权交易机制对具有高调峰能力的火电机组主动完成深度调峰任务的激励作用。通过经济学理论分析及实例计算得到如下结论:设计调峰权交易机制可激励具有高调峰能力的火电机组主动完成深度调峰任务,从而有利于提高风电利用率、减少弃风。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the incentive effect of peak regulation right transaction mechanism on the active implement of deep peak regulation of thermal power units on the two conditions that power generation changes and not. Based on the economic theoretical analysis and the ease cal culation,it draws the conclusion that peak regulation right transaction system is in favor of improving wind power utilization and reducing the proportion of wind power curtailment. |
