基于模糊神经网络的电厂建设项目成功度后评价实证研究

摘    要:根据电力工程的特点以及三门峡发电有限公司的实际情况,构建了项目成功度后评价指标体系,并确定了标准值;提出了运用模糊神经网络对电厂建设项目成功度后评价的方法,采用相对隶属度对成功度指标值及评价标准进行模糊处理,然后通过BP神经网络进行评价,以提高结果的精确度。最后,对三门峡发电有限责任公司2×600MW机组的项目成功度进行后评价,结果合理准确。
