| 摘 要： | 从发展旅游以解决贫困问题的角度出发，分析了我国乡村旅游发展的内涵、形式和特点，认为我国在乡村旅游发展中实施PPT战略具备了旅游资源本底条件好、乡村旅游产品生命周期长、有利于打破原有区域经济发展恶性循环、符合国家扶贫思路等方面的有利条件，提出了一些实施PPT战略的要点。

| Abstract: | The paper sets out with the angle that resolve the poor problem through the tourism development, analyzing the content, form and characteristic of rural tourism development in our country. It considers that carrying out the PPT strategy on the development of our rural tourism have advantage on aspect of good background condition on tourism resource, long lifecycle of rural tourism product, favor in breaking vicious circle on the area economic development, harmony with national strategy of eliminating poverty etc. the paper also put forward the key on the implement of PPT strategy. |
