| 摘 要： | 本文以我国内外资建筑企业为研究对象,利用基于DEA模型的Malmquist指数方法,比较内外资建筑企业全要素生产率的变动趋势和区域差异,对内外资建筑企业全要素生产率的收敛和发散趋势进行了检验。结果证实,我国建筑业全要素生产率总体呈上升态势,无论是内资还是外资建筑企业均呈现出收敛趋势,但从东、中、西部的检验结果来看,仅西部地区建筑业全要素生产率的收敛趋势通过了验证。

| Abstract: | Taking the domestic and foreign construction enterprises as the study object, this paper compares the changing trends and the regional differences on total factor productivity（TFP） of domestic and foreign construction enterprises by the DEA-malmquist index method,and examines the convergence and divergence trends on TFP of those. The results show that TFP of China＇s construction industry ascends on the whole, and TPF off both domestic and foreign construction enterprises take on a convergence trend;however, only in the western region, the convergence trend of the TFP of construction industry has been tested and verified. |
