| 摘 要： | 基于循环经济理论,分析了在煤矸石综合开发中以能源产业为主导的纵向延伸、横向拓展的生态产业链,归纳了以煤矸石发电为核心的资源循环利用过程的6个关键环节,并以此为基础构建了煤矸石综合利用投入产出模型,论述了产业链中各部门存在的平衡关系以及直接消耗系数和完全消耗系数的计算过程,为定量分析与理解煤矸石综合利用产业链中存在的关系、合理安排产业布局、科学治理产业链提供了一种有效的工具。

| Abstract: | Based on the circular economy theory,this paper introduces the vertically extending and the laterally expanding eco-industrial chains in the process of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue which are dominated by energy industry.And it summarizes 6 key segments in resource circular in which coal gangue power plant is the core,and constructs an input-output model on comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.Then it analyzes the balance relationships among departments in industry chain,and demonstrates the computing process of direct and complete consumption coefficients,which provides an accurate and effective method to quantitatively analyze the relationships existing in industry chain of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and a scientific way to layout and govern the industry chain of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue. |
