| 摘 要： | 根据1993—2010年期间"治理"被学者们所赋予的各种定义,采用文本分析法,分别对治理的主体、途径、目标和视角进行聚类分析,进而揭示治理概念的内涵。研究结果表明:治理主体至少包括治理者和被治理者两类主体;治理途径主要有"规则"、"正式和非正式制度"、"指导和控制"、"合作和协调"4类;治理目标可被聚类为"协调行动,实现良好秩序","增进社会福利,实现公共利益","规制权力执行,维护法律制度","产生明晰结构,实现可问责性"4个方面;界定治理概念的视角有过程和活动,且两种视角出现的频率相同。

| Abstract: | According to the definition of governance provided by scholars during the period of 1993-2010,this paper clusters the information of stakeholder,approach,goal and research perspective of governance through the text analysis,and then studies the connotation of governance.The research results show as follows:there are at least two stakeholders,namely governing body and body being governed;the governance approaches can be classified into four types,namely rules,formal and informal systems,direction and control,cooperation and coordination;the governance goals can be clustered into four groups,namely coordinating behavior and realizing good order,increasing social welfare and realizing public interests,regulating power enforcement and maintaining legal system,constructing specific structure and ensuring accountability;the definition perspective includes process and behavior,of which the appearance probability is same. |
