学术团队内在价值意义共享水平与知识创新能力水平之间的关系

摘    要:分析了学术团队内在价值意义共享水平与知识创新能力水平之间的关系,以及内在价值意义共享水平的前因变量,并利用调研数据进行了验证性研究。结果显示:团队内在价值意义共享水平是直接影响学术团队知识创新能力水平的重要变量,团队文化和团队激励机制是影响学术团队内在价值意义共享水平的重要因素。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the relationship between shared intrinsic value of significance and knowledge innovation ability of academic team,and the antecedents of shared intrinsic value of significance of academic team.And then it uses the data from the questionnaire survey to study emipirally.The results show that,shared inner value of significance is a key factor influencing knowledge innovation ability of academic team directly,and team culture and incentive mechanism are more important for shared intrinsic value of significance.
