| 摘 要： | 利用来自针对已创业的福建沙县农村劳动力所做调查的数据,采用多元Logistic回归模型,分析了县域农村劳动力的个人禀赋对其创业行业选择的影响。结果表明,农村劳动力的个人禀赋对其创业行业选择有不同程度的影响,其中文化程度、技术技能培训情况和县域特色经济等后天禀赋对农村劳动力的创业行业选择的影响最显著。最后提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Using the data obtained from the questionnaire about entrepreneurial rural labors in Sha’xian county of Fujian province,this paper studies the effects of individual endowment of rural labors on their selection in entrepreneurial industry by the multiple Logit regression model.The results show as follows:different individual endowments of rural labors have different impacts on their choices in entrepreneurial industry;education level,training in technical skill and featured county economy have significant impacts on the selection of rural labors in entrepreneurialindustry.Finally,it puts forward suggestions. |
