民国南昌公园绿地规划建设研究及启示 (1926—1949)

作为民国时期传统城市中“新兴都市”的代表,南昌在19世纪二三十年代经历了一段城市公园绿地建设的高峰。在回顾该时期南昌城市公园绿地规划建设背景的基础上,通过考证、解读并评价南昌市公园绿地的规划和实践,总结该阶段南昌公园绿地规划建设特点及对于当代的启示,主要表现在：贴近城市现实需求,勇于借鉴先进经验;扎根城市山水骨架,营造地域风貌特色;尊重民族文化情感,保护城市历史文脉;规、建、管有机结合,注重经济社会效益。建设中地方政府主观能动性的充分发挥,使该时期南昌市公园绿地发展中体现出务实性、前瞻性、科学性和民族性的特征,对于指导当前城市绿地系统建设具有特殊的借鉴价值。

Research and Enlightenment on Planning and Construction of Modern Nanchang Park Green Space in the Republic of China (1926-1949)

As a representative of the "emerging city" in the traditional cities of the Republic of China, Nanchang experienced a peak of urban park green space construction in the 1920s and 1930s. On the basis of reviewing the background of planning and construction of urban park green space in Nanchang during this period, through textual research, interpretation and evaluation of the planning and practice of park green space in Nanchang, this paper summarizes the characteristics of planning and construction of park green space in Nanchang at this stage and its enlightenment to the contemporary era, mainly manifested in the following aspects: close to the actual needs of the city, and daring to learn from advanced experience; rooted in the urban landscape framework, and creating regional features; respecting national cultural feelings, and protecting the historical context of the city; organic combination of planning, construction and management, and paying attention to economic and social benefits. The full play of local government''s subjective initiative in the construction makes the development of park green space in Nanchang reflect the pragmatic, foresight, scientific and national characteristics, which has a special reference value for guiding the current construction of urban green space system.
