Park Environment Influences on Health Restoration Review

More and more studies confirmed the park environment have a positive impact on people''s physical and mental health, and its thoughts can be traced back to the settlement, medical treatment and landscape construction practice. From the five aspects of governance and rehabilitation function, relieving mental pressure and eliminating fatigue, strengthening and improving physical health, cultivating sentiment and enhancing social interaction, the paper discusses the park environment''s health recovery effect, and its health recovery effect mechanism. Then, the research focus, the evaluation methods and development trends are summarized and reviewed systematically.
